Each person is different and the direct approach to helping each part of your team understand is what makes Josh and his team more useful than ever.  Early in his career, Josh had jobs that demanded superior skills. Merchant Security demanded interpersonal ability, as a matter of safety.  IT help desk helped Josh learn to explain complex concepts. Josh spent 7 years working with over 200 companies to help them extend their brand and new customers.   Managing a sales team helped Josh understand team dynamics as they apply to productivity.
